Alhambra 5th and Main

The Alhambra 5th and Main Specific Plan provides design guidelines and development standards that apply only to the Alhambra Library Specific Plan development site, and which help further implementing the goals and policies off the of the City’s General Plan.

 

2300 Poplar Boulevard Specific Plan

The 2300 Poplar Boulevard Specific Plan provides for the development of a ±0.66-acre site in the City of Alhambra in accordance with the provisions of the City's General Plan and Zoning Code. This document contains design guidelines and development standards that apply to the 2300 Poplar Boulevard development site, and which help in further implementing the goals and policies of the City's General Plan.

 

2400 South Fremont Avenue Specific Plan

The 2400 South Fremont Avenue Specific Plan (2400 SP) provides direction for the orderly development of 70 single-family homes on an unoccupied 8.8-acre site in the City of Alhambra. The Specific Plan provides detailed text and exhibits which describe the various residential home types, amenities, and infrastructure improvements planned for the community

 

2500 West Hellman Avenue Specific Plan

The 2500 West Hellman Avenue Specific Plan provides for the development of an approximately 1.25-acre site. This document contains design guidelines and development standards that apply to the development site and which help further implementing the goals and policies of the City’s General Plan.

 

Alhambra Pacific Plaza Specific Plan

The purpose of the Alhambra Pacific Plaza Specific Plan is to create a mixed-use development that provides market-rate for-sale residences with ground-floor retail and commercial uses. The plaza will be the central residential node of the West Main Corridor, diversifying the Alhambra community through the infusion of new non-traditional housing offerings that will play a critical role in establishing long-term sustainability and synergy for the district.

 

Alhambra Place Specific Plan

Alhambra Place Specific Plan is a vibrant commercial and social core within Alhambra’s civic and central business district. Located at the juncture of Garfield and Main Street, the approximately 11.2 acre site creates a vibrant mixed-use downtown area that combines commercial uses, restaurants, and public gathering spaces along with retail and residential uses.

 

Alhambra Walk Specific Plan

The Alhambra Walk document contains design guidelines and development standards that will provide for the orderly and efficient development of the site, which will help in further implementing the goals and policies of the City’s General Plan.

 

Casita de Zen Specific Plan

Casita se Zen Specific Plan enhances the Downtown area with new residential, retail, and commercial uses. The intent of these regulations is to guide the mixed-use development to create a high-quality product and environment and to instill new vitality in the Downtown.  

 

Marengo and Acacia Specific Plan

The Marengo and Acacia Specific Plan provides direction for the orderly development of the currently underutilized development site into a planned residential community with 18 attached three-story townhomes dwelling units. A total of three buildings will be oriented to either the public streets or common internal open space.

 

Valley Boulevard Specific Plan

The Valley Boulevard Corridor Specific Plan serves the best interests of the community by establishing design standards and controls for new development. The Plan also assist the business and development community by clearly establishing the desires and needs of Alhambra.

 

West Main Corridor Master Plan

The West Main Corridor will offer mixed-use vitality while functioning as a new professional/financial office district. Housing will feature prominently in the redevelopment effort with ground floor retail and restaurants to support the residential and office uses, and promote an active and engaging street life.
