The City of Alhambra is requesting a proposal from your firm for a uniform lease and laundering services contract term of 2 years. In addition, the City shall have an option to extend the term for a period of one (1) year with the City of Alhambra's City Manager or Designee approval. It is the City's intention to provide you with thorough and complete information regarding the scope of this service and to present an accurate description of the work needed so that you may successfully propose to deliver this service. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP), the City's Insurance Guidelines, and Sample Contract Agreement are attached for your review and consideration.
Proposals are due by 4:30 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2020. Please submit three (3) copies and one (1) original of the proposal to the address below:
Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on February 13, 2020. Cost proposal shall be submitted under a separate cover indicating on the envelope "Sealed Cost Proposal-Do Not Open with Regular Mail."
