The City of Alhambra hereby issues Addendum No. 1 to the below referenced solicitation. The purpose of this Addendum is to extend the proposed deadline for submittal of proposals and adjust the proposed schedule accordingly for the RFP as stated herein. Conditions and requirements of the RFP remain unchanged. The proposals are due no later than 4:30pm on December 26, 2019. Please also review the response to the questions regarding this project.

The City of Alhambra is requesting a proposal for provision and installation of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure System and meter purchase. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP), the City's Insurance Guidelines, Sample Contract Agreement, City Service Area Map, List of Meter Locations and Descriptions, and a List of Potential City Asset Locations can be downloaded here for your review and consideration.

Please submit three (3) copies and one (1) original of the proposal to the City of Alhambra, Attn: David Dolphin, Deputy Director, Utilities Department, 111 South First St., Alhambra, CA 91801. Cost proposal shall be submitted under a separate cover indicating on the envelope "Sealed Cost Proposal-Do Not Open with Regular Mail."
