In order to adhere to state and local Shelter in Place requirements, there will be a Pre‐Proposal Call‐In Period in lieu of a Pre‐Proposal Meeting. The Pre-Proposal Call-In period will be held from May 11, 2020 through May 15, 2020. During the Pre-Proposal Call-In Period, interested proposers may contact Laith Ezzet of HF&H Consultants, the City of Alhambra’s solid waste consultant, at (949) 251-8902. Written questions shall be submitted to Matthew Cuevas at email@example.com by May 19, 2020. Proposers shall provide the primary contact name, company name, address, e-mail address, and phone number to Matthew Cuevas at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive written responses to questions and other RFP addenda. Written responses to questions will be provided via e-mail to all potential proposers.
Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. on July 30, 2020. Proposals must be delivered to the City Clerk at 111 South First Street, Alhambra, California 91801.
