The City of Alhambra is requesting proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience engaging the community and conducting outreach of large-scale public improvement projects. Specifically, the City seeks a consultant to help communicate to the community and stakeholders the 710 North Arterial and I-10 Interchange Improvement concepts at three interchanges: Fremont Avenue, Garfield Avenue, and Atlantic Boulevard.

Proposals are due by 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020. Please submit two (2) copies and one (1) original of the proposal to the City of Alhambra, Attn: Lucy Garcia, Management Services Department, 111 South First St., Alhambra, CA 91801
