Alley Aprons Entrance Reconstruction Project Nov. 6 - Nov. 16, 2019

Starting on Wednesday, November 6, the City will begin reconstruction of the alley aprons located on Spruce Street and Pine Street. This project involves pavement rehabilitation by Excavation, Grinding, Rubberized Asphalt Paving, Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter, ADA ramps, Drive Approaches, Cross Gutters, Utility Adjustment, Loops and Striping.

We will make every effort to allow as much access as possible during construction. However, driving over concrete without fully curing will crack and damage the new concrete and will not allow vehicles to drive over the newly poured alley entrance for approximately 5 days.

From November 6, 2019 through November 11, 2019, no vehicle access will be allowed at these alley entrances:

-Alley on Pine Street between N Olive Ave and N Curtis Ave

-Alley on Spruce Street between N Olive Ave and N Curtis Ave

-Alley on Spruce Street between N Atlantic Blvd and N Olive Ave

From November 12, 2019 through November 16, 2019, no vehicle access will be allowed at these alley entrances:

-Alley on Spruce Street between N Olive Ave and N Curtis Ave

-Alley on Spruce Street between N Atlantic Blvd and N Olive Ave

We thank you for your cooperation during construction and assure you we will move through the project as efficiently as possible to minimize any inconvenience.
