GENERAL INFORMATION:

The City of Alhambra is requesting proposals for annual maintenance services for the maintenance of landscape, natural space, landscaped and non-landscaped areas and irrigation systems in landscape maintenance areas one, two, three, four and five. This area includes various landscaped areas throughout the City of Alhambra including the downtown area, Auto Row and various park sites. Work includes weekly landscape services.

A preproposal meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room C located in City Hall at 111 S. First Street, Alhambra CA 91801. This meeting is not mandatory but attendance will be taken into consideration when reviewing the proposals.

Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Vincent Hon at by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2023. Any questions submitted will be answered via an Addendum that will be posted on the City’s website.

All proposals will be reviewed by a selection committee. Those contractors whose proposals best meet the objectives of the city may be invited to make a presentation. In order to be considered for selection, a project proposal must incorporate all of the information required in this document.
