[ARCHIVED] Grand Ave, Ethel Ave and Campbell Ave Street Improvements Project

City contracted, All American Asphalt (AAA) is working on the ongoing construction of the Grand Ave, Ethel Ave and Campbell Ave Street Improvements Project. While concrete improvements (i.e., sidewalks and curb & gutter, ADA ramps, cross gutters, etc.) are mostly complete, the paving phase of the project will be taking place this week: THURSDAY AND FRIDAY 1/27/22-1/28/22.

GRAND AVE, ETHEL AVE, CAMPBELL AVE (WORKING HOURS: 7AM-5PM)

• THURSDAY 1/27/22: GRIND STREET

• Local traffic will be allowed into the street during grinding work.

• FRIDAY 1/28/22: PAVE STREET

• Absolutely no driving on the street while asphalt is being placed and while it is cooling. Typically takes approximately 2-3 hours after asphalt is completely placed.

In order to safely construct these new improvements, traffic control will be implemented when and where needed, which may include temporary street closures and restricted parking.

We thank you for your cooperation during construction and assure you we will move through the project as efficiently as possible to minimize any inconvenience.
