Records Bureau

The Records Bureau provides comprehensive records and reporting services for the purpose of supporting the objectives of the Alhambra Police Department. Utilizing a sophisticated records management system, the Records Bureau processes confidential files, police reports, arrest records, subpoenas, and data entry into State/Federal databases.

The California Law Enforcement Telecommunication System (CLETS) is crucial to the day-to-day operations of the Records Bureau. All personnel must be CLETS certified every two years. The CLETS system must be monitored 24 hours a day and maintains vital records for stolen/stored vehicles, missing persons, missing property, and want/warrant information
