The mixed-use commercial/residential complex will consist of residential uses in conjunction with a commercial office use. The project includes a 1,000 square foot office area, a 492 square foot residential lobby, and 25,356 square feet of parking area on the ground level. A total of twenty-eight (28) residential units will be built on the second, third, and fourth floors. The project will be comprised of a total of 26,848 square feet of livable residential floor area. A common area courtyard of 9,338 square feet is located above the parking lot on the second level.
