    HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY'S BIDDING PROCESS:
  • Companies with relevant products and/or services are invited to complete and return a Bidder's List Application form that will be entered into a centralized database with pertinent company information, including general product lines and/or services.
  • An Alhambra Business License is not needed to fill out the form, but is required if a contract is awarded.
  • The data is available to all municipal departments so notices can be distributed to qualified vendors for particular
    products or services. (All information provided on the form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to
    public disclosure under the Public Records Act.)

Propsals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 at the Development Services Department (111 South First St., Alhambra, CA 91801). Questions may be submitted by Monday February 5, 2018 by email only.  Responses to questions will be posted on this web site on Monday February 12, 2018.

Sealed bids must be received no later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the office of the City Clerk (111 South First Street, Alhambra, CA 91801). There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, to be held at the Alhambra City Yard (900 S. New Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801).

 

Copies of the plans and specification are available for free via email. If potential bidders would like to receive an electronic cpy, please contact Kip Su at ksu@cityofalhambra.org or call (626) 570-3228.
