On behalf of the men and women of the Alhambra Police Department, I want to welcome and thank you for visiting the city and police website. I hope you find the information here to be of help to you and would encourage you to correspond with us if there is specific information you need that is not found here. You will find that there are many ways to reach members of the Alhambra Police Department, and we are particularly fond of our social media programs such as Facebook. Our goal is to provide many forums for community members to interact with us - whether it is social media, email, phone, other messaging services, or even in-person. Community interaction is critical to our success and enhanced public safety in the community.
Creating unique, innovative ways to communicate with the public is part of our mission and values. Great communication techniques provide an enhanced level of service to all of you, while, at the same time helping to build relationships and true community policing. We are in the public safety and service profession and take our roles and responsibilities seriously. Each day, the men and women of the Alhambra Police Department strive to prevent crime, protect lives and property, preserve the peace and order of the community and build positive relationship with the community we serve. Meeting this mission takes a lot of hard work, ethical policing practices, customer service and great community policing partnerships, and we strive daily to meet this mission.
