    HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY'S BIDDING PROCESS:
  • Companies with relevant products and/or services are invited to complete and return a Bidder's List Application form that will be entered into a centralized database with pertinent company information, including general product lines and/or services.
  • An Alhambra Business License is not needed to fill out the form, but is required if a contract is awarded.
  • The data is available to all municipal departments so notices can be distributed to qualified vendors for particular
    products or services. (All information provided on the form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to
    public disclosure under the Public Records Act.)

Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2017 to the City of Alhambra, Administrative Services Department (111 S. First St., Alhambra, CA 91801) or by email to cpaulson@cityofalhambra.org. 
 
There will be a non-mandatory site walk for bidders interested in seeing the size and layout of the building.  This will take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 10:00am.  Meet in the lobby of City Hall, 111 S. First Street, Alhambra, CA 91801.  This will be the only opportunity to see the site.

Bids must be received no later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the Office of the City Clerk (111 S. First St., Alhambra, CA 91801). Bids will be publically opened at 11:00 a.m. that same day at the City Council Chambers.
 
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:30am on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Alhambra City Yard.
 
Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside:
"Proposal for Bid No. N2M17-5 Valley Boulevard Phase II Sewer Replacement Project - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL"
