    HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY'S BIDDING PROCESS:
  • Companies with relevant products and/or services are invited to complete and return a Bidder's List Application form that will be entered into a centralized database with pertinent company information, including general product lines and/or services.
  • An Alhambra Business License is not needed to fill out the form, but is required if a contract is awarded.
  • The data is available to all municipal departments so notices can be distributed to qualified vendors for particular
    products or services. (All information provided on the form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to
    public disclosure under the Public Records Act.)

Bids must be received no later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the Office of the City Clerk (111 S. First St., Alhambra, CA 91801). Bids will be publically opened at 11:00 a.m. that same day at the City Council Chambers.
 
A mandatory walkthrough of the site will be held at the City Yard - Utilities Conference Room (900 S. New Ave., Alhambra, CA 91801) at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2017.
 
Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside:
"Proposal for Bid No. N2M16-142, Waterline Replacement and Street Rehabilitation for Marengo Ave from Main St. and Grand Ave - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL"

"Proposal for Bid No. N2M16-189 Emery Park Playground Replacement Project - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL"
