    HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY'S BIDDING PROCESS:
  • Companies with relevant products and/or services are invited to complete and return a Bidder's List Application form that will be entered into a centralized database with pertinent company information, including general product lines and/or services.
  • An Alhambra Business License is not needed to fill out the form, but is required if a contract is awarded.
  • The data is available to all municipal departments so notices can be distributed to qualified vendors for particular
    products or services. (All information provided on the form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to
    public disclosure under the Public Records Act.)

Bids must be received no later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Office of the City Clerk (111 S. First St., Alhambra, CA 91801). The Bids will be opened and read publicly at 11:00 a.m. the same date.
 
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside:
"Bid for NIB N2M17-29 Construction of Lift Station No. 2 Replacement Project – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL"

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, to be held at the Alhambra City Yard 900 South New Ave. Alhambra, CA 91801.

Bids must be received no later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the Office of the City Clerk (111 S. First St., Alhambra, CA 91801). The Bids will be opened and read publicly at 11:00 a.m. the same date.
 
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside:
"Bid for NIB N2M17-42 Overhead Beacons & Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons at Various City Intersections Funded by CDBG – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL"

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00p.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the Public Works Department (111 S. First St., Alhambra, CA 91801). 
 
Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside:"Proposal for RFP2M17-5 Underground Storage Tank (UST) Testing Services and Maintenance – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL"
