Paid Sick Leave in California
Required updates to DFEH Discrimination and Harassment notice


Every employer in California must display a current California and Federal Employment poster, or face a fine. Paid sick leave in California signed into law on 9/10/14 (new law contains a mandatory posting requirement that is pending until the notice is prepared and released by the California Commissioner.) The Alhambra Chamber of Commerce will offer the posters at a discount to Chamber members. Pre-orders are now being taken for the posters, which are a combination of both California and Federal laws required. Posters should arrive by the end of January.


Posters are pre-order only, and must be paid for at the time of order.
Price includes sales tax.
