SUMMER JUBILEE RULES FOR HAVING A GREAT TIME!


New Procedure for Bleacher Seating

Admission into the popular bleacher seating will be as follows:

  • All seats will be assigned. Wristbands will be issued to those wishing to be seated in the bleachers and will indicate the section, row and seat you will have in the bleachers.
  • Wristband distribution will begin at 5 p.m. on the day of the event adjacent to the venue (please call of visit this website for specific information) 
  • The wristbands will be placed, by City staff, on each audience member’s wrist at the point of distribution. (Do not remove your wristband. Patrons who do not have their wristband on their wrist will not be admitted to the bleachers.) 
  • Everyone in your party must arrive together, or you may not be seated together. 
  • Seats will be assigned, and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.  Special seating requests will not be honored. 
  • There will be ushers assisting you to locate your seat. 
  • Seat hopping will not be allowed.
  • Open umbrellas will not be allowed in the bleachers once the performance has begun.
  • Strollers will not be allowed in the bleachers.
  • Ice chests will not be allowed in the bleachers.

Additional Rules for having a Good Time:

  • NO portion of the performances may be recorded on film, video tape, audio tape, or other recording device, or be reproduced photographically or by any sight or sound device.
  • ABSOLUTEY NO recording of any kind allowed.  Recording devices will not be allowed in or around the bleacher area, and anyone using one will be asked to leave and have their equipment confiscated.
  • NO alcoholic beverages or glass bottles allowed.
  • NO SCAVENGING.  Absolutely no removal of items from recycling bins.
  • KEEP walkway clear. Do not stop in walk in walkways to view performance.
  • NO smoking, NO dogs or other animals, NO bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerskates or motorized vehicles (except for motorized wheelchair/scooters for use by disabled persons).
  • ALL bags, purses and other types of totes will be inspected at the point of entry.
  • And the last item of importance - do not attend the Summer Jubilee unless you plan to have a wonderful time!
