Commissions Overseen by Parks and Recreation

Parks and Recreation Commission

The Parks and Recreation Commission oversees the management and use of parklands and recreational facilities in the City of Alhambra, as well as the wide variety of community events and programs coordinated by the Parks and Recreation Department. Meetings of the Commission are held on the first Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Alhambra Room at Joslyn Center, 210 N. Chapel Ave., Alhambra.

Youth Commission

The Youth Commission provides input on issues related to youth and young adults in the community. Meets the second Tuesday of each month at Joslyn Center.
