The City of Alhambra Can Help Income-Qualified Families Who Already Own Property in the City to Upgrade their Residence--Inside & Outside!

The City of Alhambra's Residential Rehabilitation Program is designed to:

  • Enable income-qualified property owners in well-maintained areas to keep their properties in good condition
  • Enable income-qualified property owner in deteriorated areas of the City to upgrade their properties.
      

Steps to Follow to Get a Property Rehabiliation Loan Grant

STEP ONE:

  • If your answers indicate that you meet the necessary requirements, print out and write your name & address to receive a formal Property Rehabilitation Application. 

    Mail to: City of Alhambra-Housing Division, 111 S. First St., Alhambra, CA 91801. 
     
  • If the City of Alhambra finds that your Property Rehabilitation Application meets all requirements, you will receive a letter of approval and determination by the city housing staff as to which program is most suitable to your particular situation.
