The City's downtown features a vibrant gathering place of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues, service and retail establishments, and mixed use residential/ commercial buildings. Public parking is free and financial assistance is available for purchase or subsidies, building renovation and tenant improvements. Much of the funding has been made available through HUD CDBG monies and Section 108 assistance. |
