The Alhambra Pacific Plaza LLC plans to undertake a mixed-use project on property they own at the southwest corner of Third & Main (currently Super A Foods). The project calls for 18,000 square feet of commercial space (possibly to include a small boutique-style grocery) and 120 residential for-sale units on a 1.68 acre site.
