City Manager

Julio Fuentes brings over 20 years of municipal
management experience to his position as
Alhambra’s City Manager. Before taking the
reins in Alhambra, Mr. Fuentes served as the
City Administrator for the cities of Pomona and
Azusa. He also served in the City Manager’s
office in Monrovia, and started his public
service career as an intern in Cypress.

Mr. Fuentes holds a Bachelor’s degree from
Long Beach State and an MPA degree from USC. 
He resides in Alhambra with his wife and three children.
