Equipped for Emergencies

Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Command Center Vehicle

The Alhambra Police Department has recently taken delivery of a new, mobile, Homeland Security-financed, Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Command Center.

The new mobile command center will be dispatched for major emergency/disaster events in the City of Alhambra – and, because this vehicle is a regional emergency resource, such events that also may occur in the cities of Monterey Park, San Gabriel, South Pasadena, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and San Fernando. 

It will also serve multiple functions as a command and decision-making center, communications center and personal protective equipment storage facility.
