Then come join us for a fun, exciting, and ever-changing workout for your entire body. This class combines resistance training using light dumbbells, a small, inexpensive playground ball (you can get these at a dollar store) resistance bands, stability balls (55 cm for 5’1”– 5’6”, otherwise 45 cm or 65 cm), and body weight exercises along with cardio intervals and core exercises for a challenging, metabolism boosting workout. Participants provide their own equipment. Please bring the equipment listed above to the first class. Beginners, as well as advanced participants, welcome! Modifications offered, if needed.
