Meeting will begin with the installation of new officers. The evening's speaker will be David Dolphin, Environmental Compliance Manager, City of Alhambra Department of Public Works, Utilities Division. His presentation will address current emergency regulations, prohibition of activities and mandatory actions in place during the drought. He will also describe some of the strategies water purveyors and municipalities are using to capture and reuse storm water. These activities will be discussed in detail with time allotted for question/answer segment.
