The word, "Sapphire," corresponds with the color "Blue," and as expected the Sapphire Lounge features a blue facade and inside decor that is all blue, while "live blues" is the featured entertainment. Styles range from torch-style tunes, blues and jazz, and hits from the 1940s and beyond. The Sapphire Lounge offers a new era of entertainment in Alhambra with Live Blues every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m. The Lounge is open for regular business from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. For a more specific entertainment schedule, call (626) 281-1014.
