The beautifully illustrated menu of Toros Japanese Seafood features both cold and warm dishes, so many that you'll have to stop by on multiple occasions to work your way through all the tempting choices. "Toros Toro" is the featured dish, the "fatty meat from the belly of the blue fin tuna." This fish is loaded with antioxidant Omega-3 fatty acids, the menu tells us and it is suggested that "if you eat at Toros twice a week, you immune system will be strong."

The "Cold Dish" menu includes salmon, bass, yellow tail and albacore (and more) in addition to multiple sashimi combinations and dinners. Daily visits to the fish market insure you of a fresh, tasty dining experience. The menu also includes 27 raw and cooked "Chef Special Rolls" and customers are encouraged to request their own favorite dish (whether listed or not) -- and the chef will do his best to accommodate your request.

"Warm Dishes" include Jumbo Shrimp Butteryaki, Jumbo Scallop Butteryaki, and the much desired Kobe Steak. Soups, salads, wine and beer, juice and tea -- and, of course, warm and cold saki -- are also available for your dining pleasure.

Toros Japanese Fusion Seafood Restaurant is the brainchild of a brother and sister partnership featuring an experienced sushi chef and a talented interior designer.
