Why 38 Degrees? It's the perfect temperature to serve beer.

Charlie's Trio Owners to Open New Restaurant on Main Street

COMING SOON!

38 Degrees

100 West Main Street

Having just celebrated the 10th anniversary of
Charlie's Trio in Alhambra, owners Mike and
Chuck Fata are about to embark on a new
venture with the redevelopment of the
property at 100 West Main Street (formerly
the California Brewing Company).

Following a period of renovation, the brothers Fata will reopen the property in late summer with a new restaurant called "38 Degrees," which they say is the perfect temperature to serve beer.

And, with a title that alludes to that refreshing drink, you can be sure that there will be lots of beer available, domestic and imported - probably at least "50 on tap," says Mike. That means their "wide open, large bar" area will be a major focus of the restaurant. But, since the Fata's are well-known for their outstanding cuisine, you can also expect to enjoy some great food at "38 Degrees."

The menu is currently under construction (as, soon, will be the building). The menu will be "eclectic," a word that implies a wide choice of food, with the assurance that one can make frequent visits to "38 Degrees" and enjoy a wide variety of dining experiences.

This new restaurant, operated by highly successful restauranteurs, bodes well for the continued success of Downtown Alhambra, and guarantees the Fata brothers with a 50% lock on the highly desirable intersection of First and Main.

Stay tuned for more information in the near future, as we look forward to a "38 Degree" experience at the end of our long, hot summer.
