BIDDING OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE CITY OF ALHAMBRA

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Companies with relevant products and/or services are invited to fill out a Bidder's List Application Form  that will be entered into a centralized database with pertinent company information, including general product lines and/or services. The data is available to all municipal departments so notices can be distributed to qualified vendors for particular products or services. (All information provided on the form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to public disclosure under the Public Records Act.)
 
If you would like to learn about bidding opportunities, please click open the application form above, print, fill out and return to city staff. A City of Alhambra business license is not needed to fill out the form, but will be required if a contract is awarded. If you are a local business with a product or service that may be applicable to the City's needs, please take a few minutes to establish your eligibility.
