Bidder's List Application Form:
Companies with relevant products or services are invited to fill out a Bidder's List Application form. It will be entered into a centralized database with pertinent company information, including general product lines and/or services. The data is available to all municipal departments so that bid notices can be distributed to qualified vendors for particular products or services. (All information provided on this form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to public disclosure under the Public Records Act.)
