Bidding Opportunities with the City of Alhambra

The City of Alhambra makes it easy to apply for bidding opportunities and to learn of needed products and services through this online Bidding Opportunities page.

Bidder's List Application Form:
Companies with relevant products or services are invited to fill out a Bidder's List Application form that will be entered into a centralized database containing pertinent company information on the firm's general product line or services. The compiled data is available to all municipal departments so that bid notices can be distributed to qualified vendors for particular products or services. (All information provided on this form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to public disclosure under the Public Records Act.)

If you would like to learn about future bidding opportunities with the City of Alhambra, please click open the form above and download to your PC, so it can be printed, filled out and returned to city staff. A City of Alhambra business license is not needed to fill out the form, although it will be required if a contract is subsequently awarded. If you are a local business with a product or service that may be applicable to the City's needs, please take a few minutes to establish your eligibility. If you have additional questions about the bidding process, call (626) 570-5090.
