Bidder's List Application Form that will be entered into a centralized database
with pertinent company information, including general product lines and/or services.
The data is available to all municipal departments so notices can be distributed to
qualified vendors for particular products or services. (All information provided on
the form and any subsequent proposal or contract is subject to public disclosure
under the Public Records Act.)

If you would like to learn about upcoming bidding opportunities, please click open
the application form above, print, fill out and return to city staff to establish your eligibility.
A City of Alhambra business license is not needed to fill out the form, but is required
if a contract is awarded. If you have additional questions, call 626-570-5010.
