  Fremont Corridor

The Fremont Corridor, an expanding business district, is home to many of Alhambra's top employers: L.A. County Department of Public Works; The Alhambra (a 45-acre business and office campus with multiple tenants, including six institutions of higher learning, plus L.A. County, Southwest Administrators, Tenet Healthcare and an L.A. Fitness Center); Kohl's Department Store and Shops at the Alhambra. The Fremont Plaza and Costco are just a few minutes drive away.

THE ALHAMBRA CAMPUS

The Alhambra Campus features classic styled brick buildings, a park-like setting,
first-class dining/catering services, and lavish conference/meeting/auditorium facilities.
 
The Alhambra Campus is a million square foot "urban community" on 45 acres that includes more than 20 office buildings, a 50,000 square foot full-service fitness center and a 760 car parking structure, owned by the Ratkovich Company. The property is grouped around a central courtyard with lush gardens and fountains, and even a helipad. Tenants include six institutions of higher learning including the USC Keck School of Medicine and DeVry University; County of Los Angeles; Southwest Administrators, Tenet Healthcare and AT&T. Other amenities on the campus include a sundry store, dry cleaners, car wash, cafeteria, restaurant, conference rooms, and a 200 seat auditorium.  
 
 SHOPS AT THE ALHAMBRA

The Shops at the Alhambra feature eateries and small retail stores.
A pedestrian bridge connects to The Alhambra office complex.
 
This 17,755 square foot retail center features a large open-air plaza with seating for 165,
Moroccan tiled fountain and five towering Canary Island palm trees. An elevated pedestrian
bridge allows for convenient access between The Shops at the Alhambra and the Alhambra Campus. The Shops tenants include Starbuck's Coffee,  Subway, Pick Up Stix, Just Grillin',
Qdoba Mexican Grill, Nextel and Jamba Juice.

Kohl's is a nationwide retailer offering a wide array of apparel, shoes and accessories for women, children and men, as well as home products such as small electronics, bedding, luggage and more.
 
In the vicinity of Kohl's is the Treena Turk Outlet, another retail store where you can purchase designer apparel at "through-the-roof" bargain basement prices. The outlet is located at 3025 W. Mission Rd.; Ph: 626-458-7768, ext. 25. Store hours are: Tues-Fri 11 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and Sat.,
10 a.m.-5 p.m. The outlet is the designer's best-kept secret offering quality clothing such as
past-season merchandise, slight defects, and samples.
