Happy Birthday, Alhambra Farmers’ Market!  On Sunday, July 19, 2009, the Farmers’ Market will celebrate its 25th Birthday with lots of fun activities.  Be one of the first 50 visitors that day and receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of 10 special edition farmers’ market aprons.  Birthday cake and punch will be served while supplies last, so come early.

Children ages 12 and under can enjoy free crafts at the Manager’s booth between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.  Shoppers and their families will enjoy reasonably priced food and beverages and over 600 varieties of fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, honey and specialty items, as well as a selection of fresh cut flowers, roses and organic products.

Starting July 2009, free informative tours of the Farmers’ Market will be given by our knowledgeable staff.  All tours must be booked in advance by calling the Farmers’ Market Manager at 626-507-5081.
